Our Comprehensive Holistic Recovery and Weight Loss/Anti-aging programs are designed to do just that! These programs are self-paced, practical, designed to support you at every level, and include 2 live online Q&A sessions per month (10 total).

Our Weight Loss program guides you through our effective detox and metabolic reset process, whether you are currently on a GLP-1 medication or not. Our programs are organized in 4-week and 7-week blocks, however you will have 6 months to complete and practice the protocols and curriculum, which ensures maximum health outcomes and sustainable weight loss.

Everyone completes our Sledgehammer Nutritional Detox protocol, effective for metabolic reset, disease prevention & weight loss.

  • There will be ample well-researched and carefully prepared video lessons from myself, which will provide you with insightful science-based teachings to help anchor your strategic nutritional and holistic practices. 

  • Stress & Emotional Eating
  • Each program helps you address the issue of chronic stress and emotional eating, which are known culprits to health issues. 

  • Food Addiction Help
  • Many people are unknowingly affected by food addiction. We help you assess and address it with our 7-Steps to Recovery plan.  

  • Journals & Prompts
  • You will have the option to track your eating patterns/triggers using my food journal, and begin healing from complex trauma with the help of my powerful daily journal, available on Amazon. 

  • Sample Meal Plans
  • You will receive some sample meal plans for each of the protocols, and many helpful tips to guide you on how to customize your own menu. 

  • Healthy Recipes
  • We also provide you with some detailed recipes for meals that fit into each of the protocols to show you examples of what and how to eat. 

  • Breathwork Exercises 
  • Effective breathwork exercises will be provided at various times during the program to help you with stress management and emotional balance.
