This is a self-paced, guided detox and metabolic reset program designed to help your body recover from inflammation, hormone disruption, and metabolic stress. You begin with a guided 4-week detox and weight-loss phase that focuses on restoring your metabolism and resetting appetite hormones like GLP-1, while addressing drivers like emotional eating, food addiction, and stress regulation.
From there, we transition into the full 7 week program that provides deeper support for chronic conditions like chronic fatigue, insulin resistance, autoimmune disorders, cancer, IBS, PCOS, etc. Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on root causes, education, and long-term resilience, as you learn to take an active role in your long-term health.
