This is a self-paced, physician-guided detox and metabolic reset program designed to help your body recover from inflammation, hormone disruption, and metabolic stress. This program complements—not replaces—your medical care, helping you build lasting biological resilience and take an active role in your long-term health. This program includes 2 live online group Q&A sessions per month (10 total), and you'll have 6 months to complete the program and achieve better health.
